Slap Leather was set up by Kent Wahlberg in 1998. Kent moved to London from Sweden in 1987, and started working for Red Balls on Fire, suppliers of leather ware for 80's and 90s rock n roll stars. When Red Balls on Fire relocated to LA, Kent set up shop in Camden collaborating with various designers including Terry de Havilland. After honing his skills in leather crafting Kent set up Slap Leather in 1998 and has been creating high quality and distinctive leather products for the fetish and BDSM community ever since.
